The WAV101 window and Grid View toolbars provide access to the following components and features;
The Settings button opens the Settings dialog. It, for the most part, manages the hundreds of parameters used by each configuration. If enabled, the Password Protected Setup popup will appear as an intermediate step. Enter the login password to proceed to the settings dialog.
The Files button opens the active profile's folder with Windows Explorer. This is where all video recordings, snapshots and log files will be saved. Note that WAV101 does not use any proprietary file encoding. Therefore, any 3rd party media player, photo viewer or text editor may be used to review their content. Keep in mind that the Files button may be hidden with the Password Protected Setup. However, when visible, this command has been duplicated with the keyboard's E key.
The Photo button allows the current video frame to be saved as an image file. Keep in mind that the Photo button may also be hidden with the Password Protected Setup.
In addition to the standard window styles, the Screen button toggles full screen mode. The same behaviour is also available by simply double clicking the WAV101 window's image. On the other hand, the Picture button toggles the image itself through the following formats;
The Grid View allows the detection process to be monitored through a dedicated window. It buffers event frames for out-of-process, operator inspection. To minimize clutter, the Grid View button is only visible on the Main Window when the parent, Machine Vision feature is enabled.
The Notes window allows any notes, comments or reminders to be stored in a centralized location. Keep in mind that the Notes button may also be hidden with the Password Protected Setup.
When asserted, this feature overrides all alarm level thresholds to trigger a continuous alarm event; where none may exist. The alarm condition will persist until the panic condition is cleared. Keep in mind that the Panic button will only be operational if the motion detector is enabled. Furthermore, its response depends on how the Alarms page is configured.
